This is a traditional yoga class for someone new to yoga. Basic yoga postures that improve balance, flexibility and reduce stress are taught in the level 1 class.


These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
