Barre’ class is a combination of bar work and pilates to lengthen and tone the muscles. Yoga mats, ballet bar and light weights are used to enhance the class experience.

We encourage you to bring your own mat for sanitary purposes.



Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
