This is a strength training class that emphasizes the core and pelvic floor muscles. Strengthening these muscles will help reduce bladder leakage. Instructor Sheila Watkins is trained in this specialized program that is highly effective.

You must attend the Monday class before attending the Wednesday class.

These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
