Group Fitness

H.I.I.T. Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class will tone your body quick! The short, intense bouts of exercise will improve your speed, agility and performance – not to mention tone your muscles while burning fat! This is an advanced class.



Advanced classes are for members who are adept at group exercise, as well as those who wish to work out with a high intensity. Low-impact options are offered, but the intensity stays high.
