Created by U.S. Navy Seals, the TRX uses a system of straps and webbing to create a total body workout using your own body weight. These exercises are shown in progressions so that anyone can join and work his or her own way up to the more advanced moves!
Additional Information
This class is open for both WK Fitness Center members and non-members. Waivers must be signed before joining class.
Level
Intermediate
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.

$60 Member / $250 Non-Member
