Group Fitness

A medium to high intensity workout that will focus on burning out one particular muscle group each class and also incorporating core and mat work. In this class you will use dumbbells, barbells, mats, bands, TRX and stairs. Get ready to burn! BodyBurn!


Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
