A gymnast and cheerleader for over a decade, Anna found "yogalates" while in college and fell in love with yoga in early 2009. She was amazed at the way the quiet strength of a yoga practice transformed her life. Determined to make yoga practice and teaching a permanent part of her life, she acquired extensive certifications in many forms of yoga. She teaches Ashtanga inspired vinyasa yoga and Anna hopes to bring focus to the mind, the breath, and the body in all yoga classes while maintaining a playful but safe environment in which students can explore all elements of their practice.
