Lisa has been teaching fitness classes for over twelve years. She fell in love with fitness in college and decided to major in Exercise Science. Following graduation she worked in the corporate wellness field helping employees enjoy the benefits of exercise at their work place. She believes that to be successful in implementing exercise in your own life you need to make it fun and convenient. When Lisa is not teaching she loves to go running. She has completed a full marathon, 2 half marathons, 10K's and many 5K's. She hopes to begin triathlon training in the near future.
