Children FAQ

Are children allowed to work out?
We are an adult fitness center. Members and guests must be 18 years or older. We offer classes for children such as summer swimming lessons, toddler fit, mother/baby yoga and mother/baby water.

Do you offer child care?
Yes. To make it affordable, we offer child care in our nursery for a charge of only $1 per child. Children are allowed to stay in the nursery for two hours. To make a reservation, you must call at least two hours before you wish to come. Our nursery staff care for children from age 3 months to 12 years. Children are not allowed to come to the nursery if they are sick (cold, running nose, fever, etc.). For your convenience, you may purchase a nursery card, available in $10 and $20 increments. These offer either 10 or 20 prepaid visits, eliminating the need for cash payments for each individual visit. The nursery attendant keeps your card in the nursery and punches as you visit. They will notify you when you only have a few punches left so you can renew.

Do you offer any classes for children?
For a fee, we offer summer swimming lessons for members’ children and grandchildren, and at specified times during the year, mother-and-child classes that include children ages six weeks to five years of age.
