This group water class is designed for beginners or those with physical limitations. Learn the basics of water aerobics at a slower pace with less impact. This class includes a variety of low impact cardio moves, muscle toning, and lots of stretching.
Water aerobics classes are allowed 2 lanes if less than 10 participants are in the class and 3 lanes if 10 or more participants are present for the class.
These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
