This is a moderate to advanced group water class. It includes a large variety of high-intensity cardio moves, muscular toning using noodles, hand weights & bands, and stretching. Get moving in this fast-paced class to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Water aerobics classes are allowed two lanes if less than ten participants are in the class and three lanes if ten or more participants are present for the class.
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
