This is an advanced group water class. It combines aerobic training, muscle toning and flexibility exercises all in one intense hour. Some lap swimming may be included in this class.
Water aerobics classes are allowed two lanes if less than ten participants are in the class and three lanes if ten or more participants are present for the class. Goggles and swim cap are suggested.
Advanced classes are for members who are adept at group exercise, as well as those who wish to work out with a high intensity. Low-impact options are offered, but the intensity stays high.
