This is a high-intensity yoga mat class that will increase your overall body conditioning by working the shoulders, arms, back, legs and abs using traditional yoga poses in a fast-paced sequence. Classes include a 5-10 minute relaxation at conclusion.
For sanitary purposes, we encourage you to bring your own personal yoga mat.
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
