Learn the core foundations of Pilates. This class is structured for students wanting a low-impact core strengthening class. WK certified instructors will teach you proper biomechanics so that as you grow in your practice you will know how to protect your back, use proper Pilates breathing to intensify each exercise, and how to create opposition in your body.
We encourage you to bring your own mat for sanitary purposes.
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
