Tai chi is a health promoting exercise from Chinese tradition. The flowing rhythmic movements enhance flexibility of the body and reduce stress.
Participants will practice with or without shoes during class but must walk through fitness center with appropriate supportive shoes to protect feet from strength equipment.
These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
