This is a vinyasa-based intense yoga class that incorporates breath with movement in a sequence that is fast paced. Postures are in a specific order to complement each pose while the breath is the emphasis of each posture. A relaxing savasana, or relaxation, completes the class for a mind/body experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
We encourage you to bring your own mat for sanitary purposes.
Advanced classes are for members who are adept at group exercise, as well as those who wish to work out with a high intensity. Low-impact options are offered, but the intensity stays high.
