Group Fitness

TheraBall is a full-body toning class using the large fitness balls to improve overall strength. Core work is the primary focus of this class. Movements are done slow for optimal benefit to every level in attendance.

Intermediate
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
