Group Fitness

This is an intense total body workout! This class consists of cardio and strength intervals using a variety of equipment. Come ready to sweat!



Advanced classes are for members who are adept at group exercise, as well as those who wish to work out with a high intensity. Low-impact options are offered, but the intensity stays high.
