This indoor cycling class is a cardio workout based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and focus on jumps, climbs, flats and sprints. Get your heart rate in a safe but effective zone for a calorie burning workout.
Bikes offer cycling “clip-in” shoe option. Members can purchase these SPD clips at local bike shops. A water bottle is highly recommended.
Intermediate classes are designed for members who are familiar with group exercise and wish to exercise at a moderate-to-high pace. Both high- and low-intensity options are taught.
