It’s never too early to teach your child healthy fitness habits. Children ages 2-5 can enjoy a class packed with exciting and safe activities. Your child can run, jump and climb through obstacles set up for them, play games that expend lots of energy, and learn basic anatomy while having a blast.

Parents must not leave the fitness center while child is in building. This includes classes.
These classes are for beginning exercisers as well as members who like a no- or low-impact workout. These classes are easy to follow, and instructors will offer modifications to meet your specific exercise goals. Modifications may include higher or lower intensity options or alternative moves.
